He opened his account in the Bobbyjo Bistro Maiden Hurdle, making most of the running on the Gordon Elliott-trained Dont Back Down and showing plenty of strength to drive the five-year-old to a neck success. Carberry completed his brace in the featured Olympic & European Football Handicap Hurdle, making every inch of the running on the Tony Martin-trained Osirixamix on his way to recording an easy 2¾ lengths success.
