13:55 - Festival Party Pack From €25 Maiden Hurdle

Dual Flat winner KNOCKMAOLE BOY made a promising start to his hurdling career when runner-up behind a Willie Mullins inmate at Fairyhouse and, with normal improvement expected, he rates the one to beat. That looked a strong maiden and Gordon Elliott's charge looks the one to be on. Mr Showtime makes a quick reappearance after a promising debut over timber at Naas and he'll have come on nicely for the experience but Geneva Barracks looks as though a longer trip would suit. Beginningtogetup is related to six winners and is a newcomer to keep an eye on. Geneva Barracks and Barry Geraghty's pick Beginningtogetup complete the shortlist.

14:25 - Quevega Mares Hurdle (Listed)

APPLE'S JADE is a short-priced favourite for the Mares' Hurdle though she's still in the Champion Hurdle. Already a triple Grade 1 winner and runner-up in last year's Triumph Hurdle, this looks a perfect warm-up race before heading for Cheltenham. She's taken on here by two of her former stable companions. Whiteout is also a winner at the highest level though she was beaten a very long way by the selection at Fairyhouse in December. That wasn't her true form and she had beaten her stablemate Limini almost five lengths in the Mares' Champion Hurdle at last year's Punchestown Festival though the latter was a short-priced favourite having looked a very smart prospect earlier. She's probably the main threat.

    15:00 - I.N.H. Stallion Owners E.B.F. Maiden Hurdle

CASTELLO SFORZA wasn't far off the very best bumper performers last season, finishing fourth at the Cheltenham Festival, and he has taken well to hurdles, twice placed in hot maidens. Three of the four horses that finished in front of him in those maidens have won subsequently and it will be disappointing if he doesn't open his hurdling account at the third attempt. For those looking to take the favourite on, Mossback rates the biggest threat. He was just one-and-three-quarter lengths behind Sunday Navan winner Miss Mardan at Naas and should go close again, while Ain’t Dunne Yet, A Rated and Mighty Stowaway also have place credentials.

15:30 - Festival Free Upgrade Offer Ends Soon Handicap Hurdle

SHE'LLBEALLRIGHT (NAP) indicated an imminent victory when a close third over the minimum here on New Year's Eve and stayed on very strongly to catch Think Of Me over this trip at Fairyhouse. She's 6lb higher and the runner-up should get closer though without reversing the form. Rebel Ace hasn't had much experience and steps up to this trip for the first time but Wee Small Hours has no problems staying and is rarely beaten far though he's still a maiden after 14 starts. Kilkeaskins First was going well when departing in the same contest that the selection won and is a player on that form providing the fall hasn't left any effects.

16:00 - Festival Any Day Flexi Ticket Mares Maiden Hurdle

Famous Day showed up for a long way on her hurdling debut at Naas earlier this month and is another who should make progress as should Just Janice, who looks certain to be suited by this longer trip. MISS EYECATCHER ran very well behind Toe The Line over the minimum at Leopardstown before a fair effort in a Fairyhouse Grade 3 where she was staying on over that 2m2f. She is capable of finally getting off the mark with the step up in trip likely to suit. Freeway Space has performed respectably over timber so far and would have every chance on her second to Champagne Classic at Thurles earlier in the month, while Better Back Bracka looks best of the remainder.

16:35 - Festival Hospitality From 109 Handicap Hurdle

Perfect Man had shown nothing in maidens before making a successful handicap debut under today's rider at Thurles where he was obviously suited by the step-up in trip. He's been put up 7lb but should get involved at the business end again. DAWN RAIDER has been making steady progress and followed a good run at Limerick with a narrow defeat over three miles at Fairyhouse where he was only headed on the run-in. The return to this trip looks ideal and he can go one better on just his sixth start over timber. He just holds third-placed Returntovendor on that run but Calin Des Ongrais, who is also lightly-raced, showed that there is a race for him in the near future when staying on over 2m4f at Navan last month.

17:10 - Family Saturday At The Festival Flat Race

RIDERS ONTHE STORM ran respectably on his debut when fourth in a strong bumper at Naas behind Red Jack and that form has already been proven to be strong with the runner-up Debuchet winning in good style at Leopardstown. The son of Scorpion is open to plenty of improvement on his second start. Gordon Elliott's pair Getaway John and Stooshie both merit consideration with the yard's superb record in bumpers, while Early Doors and Frank Wilide are two other debutants of interest.
