From Clonmel, County Tipperary, Liz Lalor is the winning-most lady point-to-point rider of all time and a multiple ladies' champion point-to-point rider. 

Her biggest success on the racecourse came at Leopardstown in January 2007 when she won the Clarkson Financial & Property Handicap Chase on Carrigeen Kalmia which was trained by her father, Dick. Liz had also landed a notable success on the same horse when winning the Listed Phil Sweeney Memorial Chase at Thurles three weeks earlier. 

Liz rode subsequent Cheltenham Festival scorer Mall Dini to win a bumper at Cork in March 2015 and also won bumpers on the likes of De Name Escapes Me, which she trained herself before he joined Noel Meade, and Roseys Hollow. 

She rode her first point-to-point winner, Guesswork, at Kinsale in 1999 and her 110th point-to-point success on Read To Return at Comea in February 2022 saw her eclipse Helen Bryce-Smith's longstanding record for the number of winners ridden by a lady rider in the point-to-point field.
