Originally from South Dublin, Mick Mulvany is based close to Kells, County Meath. He began training in 2005 and while he had to wait a couple of years for his first winner, Lady Bolino in the Toals (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race at Downpatrick in March, 2007, he has enjoyed plenty of success since as a dual purpose trainer. 

On The Go Again has been the stable star, winning the Liam Healy Memorial Lartigue Hurdle at the Listowel festival in 2017 and both the Tote Irish Lincolnshire and the Listed Heritage Stakes at Naas and Leopardstown respectively the following year. Mick also enjoyed notable wins with the likes of Miss Ailbhe, The Tooth Fairy and Rightdownthemiddle. He enjoyed the first double of his career when Premier League and Stormy Tale both won at Sligo on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.
