Based in Lusk, County Dublin, Adrian is better known as "Ado" has shown great skill in managing to keep his horses running consistently well for long periods of time. His ability to place his charges to great effect has been a feature of his training career. Ado became a Group 1-winning trainer when the Ronan Whelan-ridden A Case Of You, in the colours of owner Gary Devlin, took the Prix de l'Abbaye de Longchamp Longines at ParisLongchamp on Arc day in October, 2021. 

The Colin Keane-ridden Bowerman gave Ado his first Group race success when winning the Group 3 Al Basti Equiworld Dubai Diamond Stakes at Dundalk in September 2020. Bowerman also won the Irish Lincolnshire at the Curragh in the same year.

Current Option and Saltonstall were also big handicap winners for the stable in recent times. Saltonstall won the Colm Quinn BMW Mile Handicap at the Galway Festival in 2019 and 2020 and Sirjack Thomas brought up a hat-trick of wins in the race for the stable in July 2021.  

He has enjoyed no shortage of success on the Flat and over jumps through the years with the likes of Victram, Beau Michael and Bubbly Bellini while other notable horses that he has been responsible for include Jacks Estate, Miracle Ridge, Toufan Express, Face Value, Pivot Bridge, Rainbow Rising, Beau Amadeus and Black Label.
