    Horse Racing Ireland competition. Ts&Cs.


    •The promoter of this Competition is Horse Racing Ireland, Ballymany, The Curragh, Co Kildare (the “Promoter”).


    •Entry into the Competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


    •The Competition will commence on the 15th of November 2019 and will run up until 16.59.59 on the closing date of the of 17th November 2019.


    •There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.


    •Only one entry will be accepted per person.


    •The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions and the Competition at any time.


    •The prize is two return flights from Britain to Dublin, two nights B&B with one evening meal at the 4 Star Dunboyne Castle Hotel (Sunday 12th and Monday 13th April 2020), Racecourse dining for two on Boylesports Irish Grand National Day, Easter Monday 13th April and return transfers from Dublin Airport to Dunboyne Castle Hotel. Economy flights from mainland Britain, restricted tickets with no flexibility and both passengers travelling on the same flight. Flights will be booked to travel with hand luggage only. Valid Passport required.


    •The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize details without notice and the prize is subject to availability.


    •The prize is non-transferable to another date, venue, or location. The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value.


    •The winning entrant will be selected at random from valid entries received by the closing date of 17th November 2019 by an independent judge and the independent judge’s decision is final.


    •Winners will be contacted via the contact details they submitted on entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or for incorrect details submitted.


    •The winner will have 5 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within this time limit, it will be deemed to have been forfeited.


    •If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. No alternative prize will be offered.


    •By participating in this competition, the winners agree to the publication of their name on our websites and social platforms and to the taking of a winner’s photograph if required for PR or publicity.


    •Eligible entrants must enter on www.goracing.ie, through the iPad on the Horse Racing Ireland Stand or by completing and submitting a competition form.


    •The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom only aged 18 or over.


     •Entry is not permitted from employees of Horse Racing Ireland and its direct subsidiaries, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.


    •Only one prize in total is available.


    •In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of the Competition, the decision of the Promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.


    •Any person considered by the Promoter to be in disregard of these terms and conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason at its sole discretion.


    •The entrants’ personal data will only be held for the purpose of the Competition and will not be used for any other purpose without their prior permission. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as the Promoter may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.


    •The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in the Competition or availing of the prize and they do so fully at their own risk. The winner will be required to comply with any additional terms and conditions of Fairyhouse Racecourse, The Dunboyne Castle Hotel and any other prize partners.


    •Horse Racing Ireland reserve the right to vary these terms or cancel or modify any competition or prize offered from time to time.


    •These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
